The Gaylord Texan has agreed to give us special rates for Friday, 6/26/09 through Sunday, 6/28/09. The rate is per night and is good for one or both weekend nights.

The rate is $129 per night plus taxes/resort fee, for a total of $160.72, which if you know the Gaylord Texan hotel is a very good rate. We will be posting an alternate hotel choice soon for anyone who wishes to stay at a different hotel.

To get this rate, you must call Susan Banner at (817) 778-2022 and ask for the 'Executive Medicine of Texas' rate. This rate will be active as of April 28.
