Reunion Details

Happy 2009! Now is the time to register for our 20 year reunion!

Event times, locations, costs, and payment information are listed below.

Deadline to register is June 1, 2009 June 15, 2009. Click here to sign up to attend.

1. Family Day:

Scheduled for June 27, 2009, at Hulen Park (map), from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Scheduled events include bounce houses, face painting, popcorn machine, water balloon activities, relays, and a hot dog/hamburger cook out.

Cost: $35 Per Family (free if attending evening evening event below)

2. Adult Evening Event for Graduates, Significant Others, and Significant Friends

Scheduled for June 27, 2009, at the Gaylord Texan hotel in Grapevine, TX (map), time TBD. Scheduled events include a meal, door prizes, trivia, icebreaker events, military recognitions, and other entertainment. Special room rates are available if you wish to stay at the hotel. Cost: $110 per person ($100 per person for early registration by May 15) (**Again, this cost will cover the Family Day Event as well**) The reunion price is based on cost estimates we have received from the venue and entertainment selections. In the unlikely vent that there is any excess after all reunion costs have been paid, it will be donated to charity.

Dress: cocktail casual/casual chic

You may pay your fees at PayPal on the reunion ticket page. Once you have made your payment, your CHS website profile will be updated to indicate you have paid. The deadline for reduced Early Bird payment is May 15. The overall registration/payment deadline is June 1 June 15. We will not be able to accept payment at the reunion itself.  Please note that ticket fees are non-refundable since a contract must be signed and payment must be made in advance at the reunion venue.

Special note to classmates or potential sponsors who would like to contribute door prizes: If you are able to and willing to contribute a gift which will be given as door prize, your donation will be acknowledged and is very much appreciated!
